It was the 6th year of the Ted Rogers Management Conference held at the Marriott Eaton Centre. This year’s conference focused on entrepreneurial communities and showcased what is needed to be successful as a student, how to enhance your entrepreneurial skills, and the best way to perform a business startup. The conference engaged different organizations from a variety of sectors including startups and venture capitalists, legal and accounting communities like Hogg, Shain & Scheck, who all attended the conference.
During this three day conference the TRMC 15 hosted a number of different key business people from Canada these included:

- Kevin Chan, Head of Public Policy, Facebook Canada
- Greg Twinney, FCPA, FCGA
- David Schlanger, Professor at Ryerson University

CR3ATE is a call to action; it is a shift in the way of thinking for young business leaders. This year’s conference was designed for the game changers out there who are not afraid to pursue their ideas, who do not let policy affect performance, and who, above all, do not stop.
