Hogg, Shain & Scheck wins auditors of the year

As 2014’s tax season comes to an end, accounting firm Hogg, Shain & Scheck has finally eased up on the crunching of numbers, as the team celebrates a break from overtime hours.

Aside from satisfied clients sending in thank you notes and small tokens of appreciation, the firm has also been awarded international recognition for its hard work and dedication. Acquisition International Magazine, based in the United Kingdom, has awarded Hogg, Shain & Scheck Professional Corporations with its 2014 M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) award “Auditors of the Year-Canada,” for all of the company’s achievements over the last twelve months.

Hogg, Shain & Scheck continues to gain global recognition for its professional accounting services for both corporate and individual clients, as well as assisting international investors.

“As a firm, we strive to meet the high standards of our clients, and this award in part recognizes the quality of our work and the firm,” said Hogg, Shain & Scheck managing partner Ed Scheck, FCPA, CPA. The firm believes that all clients’ goals are top priority, which has led to its success.

The magazine says it made its decision through background research and evidence it received, including but not limited to client testimonials, existing reports, and transaction records.

The M&A awards aim to celebrate and recognize the expertise of financiers and service providers, and state that they have rapidly become more and more respected in its third year of existence.
