Congratulations to Ed Scheck, Recipient of Ryerson’s 2018 G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer Award!
On June 21, 2018, Ryerson hosted its second annual G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer Awards Ceremony. The G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer Award is designed to recognize exceptional community members who are devoted to supporting Ryerson in strengthening its faculty, staff and students. The awards are named in honour of G. Raymond Chang, the late chancellor emeritus of Ryerson University and Officer of the Order of Canada, for his faith in the power of volunteering.
We would like to congratulate our very own Ed Scheck on receiving the G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer Award 2018 at last week’s ceremony. Ed Scheck graduated from Ryerson’s Business Administration program in 1970. Since then, he has served as a member of the Dean’s Council at the Ted Rogers School of Management, a key strategic partner of the TRSM Business Career Hub, an revered mentor to many students, and frequent speaker at Ryerson student and alumni events.
Congratulations to all 61 recipients of the G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer Award!
